we could all wear big puffy jackets and snuggle under blankets
eat so much comfort food we all grow plump
and we could all walk outside naked
just so we could know what it would feel like
get snow between are toes
maybe even frost bite
yes, I don't think I would mind it at all
if december stayed with us all the time
instead of passing by briefly once a year
